461TURKMEN STATE INSTITUTE OF FINANCE
announces admission of students for the 2025/2026 academic year to its bachelor’s degree programs in the following fields of study:
1. Economics and Management
(Study tracks: International Finance; Finance; Finance and Credit; Taxation and Tax Policy; Banking and Monetary Circulation; Risk Management and Insurance; Stock Exchange Operations; Accounting and Auditing; Financial Control; Financial Management; Business Informatics; Financial Markets and Banks.)
Study at the Institute is fee‑based.
Citizens of Turkmenistan up to 35 years of age, holding at least a general secondary education, are admitted on a competitive basis based on the results of entrance examinations.
Submission of Documents
Where: Provincial admissions centers and in Ashgabat (for both Ashgabat and Arkadag)
When: July 14–27, 2025
Required documents:
Application to the Rector in the prescribed form
Questionnaire in the prescribed form
Original certificate of education
Medical certificate in the form prescribed by the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan
Character reference from the last place of study, work, or military unit
Eight photographs, size 3×4 cm
Certified copy of the employment record book (for employed applicants)
Winners of the State School Olympiad, and members of Turkmenistan’s teams at international subject Olympiads, must submit the originals of the documents confirming these honors
Additionally, applicants must submit copies of:
Passport
Military ID or military registration certificate
Applicants may also present other documents that grant them non‑competitive or preferential admission rights.
Applicants bear personal responsibility for any false information or forged documents.
Entrance Examinations and Enrollment Schedule
All exams take place at the Institute in Ashgabat on the following dates:
Ashgabat and Arkadag cities— July 30-31, August 2 and 4;
Ahal province— August 1, 3 and 5;
Lebap province— August 6, 8 and 9;
Balkan province— August 7, 8 and 9;
Mary province— August 10, 12 and 13;
Dashoguz province— August 11, 12 and 13.
Subjects: Mathematics; History of Turkmenistan; Geography.
Exams are conducted orally in the state language, in accordance with Turkmenistan’s secondary school curricula.
Applicants who fail to appear for an exam at the scheduled time without valid reason, or who fail any subject, are not allowed to sit further exams.
Non‑competitive and preferential admission rights, upon successful completion of entrance exams, are granted in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Turkmenistan “On Education” (latest edition).
