TURKMEN STATE INSTITUTE OF FINANCE
announces admission of students for the 2026/2027 academic year to the Bachelor's degree programme in the following fields of study:
       

Economics and Management (fields of study: International Finance; Finance and Credit; Taxes and Taxation; Banking and Money Circulation; Risk Management and Insurance; Exchange Business; Accounting and Audit; Finance; Financial Control; Financial Management; Business Informatics; Financial Markets and Banking).
         Tuition at the Institute is provided on a fee-paying basis.
         Citizens of Turkmenistan under the age of 35 who have completed at least a general secondary education are eligible for admission to the Institute on a competitive basis according to the results of the entrance examinations.
        Applications will be accepted from 13 to 26 July 2026 at the admissions centres in the velayats and in the city of Ashgabat (for applicants from the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag).
       Required documents:

- an application addressed to the Rector in the prescribed form;

- a completed application form in the prescribed format;

- the original education certificate or diploma;

- a medical certificate in the form established by the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan;

- a reference from the applicant’s most recent place of study, employment, or military service;

- eight photographs (3 × 4 cm);

- a certified copy of the employment record book for employed applicants;

- winners of the State School Olympiad and members of Turkmenistan’s national teams who participated in international subject Olympiads shall submit the originals of the relevant documents confirming their eligibility.

In addition to the above documents, applicants shall present and submit to the Admissions Committee copies of the following documents:

- passport;

- military ID card or certificate of military registration.

Applicants may also submit other documents confirming their eligibility for admission without competition and/or their preferential right for enrolment.
          Applicants bear personal responsibility for providing incorrect information or false documents.
          Entrance examinations and enrolment will take place at the Institute (Ashgabat) according to the following schedule:

Mary Velayat – 29, 31 July and 1 August;

Lebap Velayat – 30, 31 July and 1 August;

Balkan Velayat – 2, 3 and 4 August;

Cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag – 5–6, 7 and 8 August;

Dashoguz Velayat – 9, 11 and 12 August;

Ahal Velayat – 10, 11 and 12 August.

Entrance examinations for all fields of study will be conducted in Mathematics, History of Turkmenistan, and Geography.
          The entrance examinations in these subjects will be conducted orally in the State language on the basis of the curricula of secondary schools of Turkmenistan.
          Applicants who fail to appear for an examination at the scheduled time without a valid reason, or who fail one of the examination subjects, shall not be admitted to subsequent examinations.
         Applicants who successfully pass the entrance examinations shall enjoy the right to admission without competition and preferential enrolment in accordance with the provisions established by the Law of Turkmenistan "On Education" (new edition).
