In accordance with the methodology sent by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan on “Regularly Conducting Surveys among Employers and Analysing Employers’ Requirements for the Competencies of Graduates of Higher and Secondary Vocational Education Institutions,” the Turkmen State Institute of Finance has prepared this questionnaire to conduct regular surveys among employers.

The main objectives of the questionnaire are as follows:

  1. To determine future staffing needs.

  2. To identify the preferred fields of study (specialities).

  3. To examine employers’ requirements regarding the professional and personal competencies of graduates.

  4. To identify new competencies and technologies that will be required in the future.

Dear Employers!

We kindly ask you to answer all the questions in this questionnaire as fully and accurately as possible. In Sections III, IV, V and VI, you should select only one rating for each indicator, on a scale from 1 to 5.

The information provided in the questionnaire will be analysed in an aggregated form and used exclusively for improving educational programmes, studying labour market requirements, enhancing the level of graduate preparedness, and developing cooperation with employers.
