33The Department of Finance is a graduating department. Currently, the department prepares highly qualified specialists and bachelors for the financial and economic sphere of the country.
The faculty of the department conducts lectures and practical classes in the following subjects: «Theory of Finance», «Finance», «Finance of the enterprise», «Finance of foreign countries», «Financial management», «Financial law», «State budget», «Stock Exchange», «Securities Market», «Business», «World Financial Markets», «Financial Monitoring» and others. The department employs highly qualified and experienced teachers.
The lecturers of the Department of Finance published educational books «Stock Exchange», «Entrepreneurial Activity», «State Financial Policy».
The department conducts research work on the topic «The role of foreign trade in ensuring the sustainable development of Turkmenistan». Reasonable proposals to increase the country's export potential and establish the production of import-substituting goods have been put into practice. The results of scientific works of teachers are published in scientific journals. Students take an active part in the circle «Young financier» operating at the Department of Finance.
