In accordance with the Decree No. 10698 of the President of Turkmenistan dated on  November 12, 2009, in 2024-2025 academic year held the XIV Universiade among the students of higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan under the title "Turkmenistan - the Land of Spirituality and Health", the wrestlers of Turkmen State Institute of Finance Annagurban Allaberdiyev, the 3rd year student, took 1st place in the 90 kg weight category, Muhammet Jummanov, the 5th year student, took 2nd place in the 90 kg weight category, Kervengeldi Jumagylyjov, the 4th year student, took 3rd place in the 82  kg weight category, Jumamyrat  Gumalakov, the 2nd year student, took 3rd place in  the 74 kg weight category, and Hojanazar Annayev, the 2nd year student, took 3rd place in the 62 kg weight category in the national wrestling  event. In the team event of national wrestling, wrestlers from the Turkmen State Institute of Finance took 3rd place.
