TURKMEN STATE INSTITUTE OF FINANCE

announces admission to the Master’s degree programme for the 2026/2027 academic year in the following fields of study:

Economics and Management (fields of study: Entrepreneurship and Finance; Banking and Finance; Tax Management; Accounting, Analysis and Audit).

Tuition is provided on a fee-paying basis.

Citizens of Turkmenistan holding a higher education degree in the field of Economics and Management, or an equivalent qualification, are admitted to the Institute's Master's degree programme on a competitive basis according to the results of the entrance examinations.

Applications will be accepted from 13 to 26 July 2026 at the admissions centres in the velayats and in the city of Ashgabat (for applicants from the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag).

Required documents:

• an application addressed to the Rector in the prescribed form;
• a completed application form (questionnaire) in the prescribed format;
• the original or a certified copy of the higher education diploma and its transcript (a higher education diploma issued by a foreign country must be accompanied by a certificate of its recognition in Turkmenistan);
• a medical certificate in the form established by the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan;
• a reference from the applicant’s most recent place of study, employment, or military service;
• eight photographs (3 × 4 cm);
• a certified copy of the employment record book for employed applicants.

In addition to the above documents, applicants shall present and submit copies of the following documents to the Admissions Committee:

• passport;
• military ID card or certificate of military registration.

Applicants bear personal responsibility for providing incorrect information or false documents.

Entrance examinations and enrolment will take place at the Institute (Ashgabat) on 13–14 August 2026.

Entrance examinations for all fields of study will be conducted in the State language on the basis of higher education curricula in the subjects of Economic Theory and Finance.

Applicants who fail to appear for the entrance examination at the scheduled time without a valid reason shall not be granted another opportunity to take the examination.

Based on the results of the entrance examinations, applicants with not less than two years of work experience in the selected field of study shall have preferential rights for admission to the Master's degree programme.
