On 29 October 2026, an educational seminar entitled “The Opportunities of Artificial Intelligence in the Education System” was held in the assembly hall of the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan, with the participation of students. The event was organised in accordance with the plan of educational activities among students of higher education institutions across the country, approved by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan. It aimed to ensure the successful implementation of the objectives arising from the State Programme on State Youth Policy in Turkmenistan until 2031, approved by the relevant Resolution of the Esteemed President of Turkmenistan, Arkadagly Hero Serdar, as well as the Action Plan for its implementation, while following the wise guidance and principles of the National Leader of the Turkmen People and Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Hero Arkadag. Particular attention was given to explaining the profound meaning and significance of the State Programme to young people, fostering patriotism, spiritual and moral values and deep respect for national heritage among students. The seminar also aimed to promote the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies and develop a responsible and informed culture of using the internet and artificial intelligence. During the seminar, participants listened to several presentations addressing the philosophy and history of artificial intelligence, information security, ethical principles and responsibility, as well as the extensive care provided for young people and the opportunities created for them in our country. At the conclusion of the event, the participants expressed their gratitude and appreciation to the National Leader of the Turkmen People, Hero Arkadag and the Esteemed President of Turkmenistan, Arkadagly Hero Serdar, for their extensive efforts to lead the country towards new heights of development in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State and to nurture an educated, well-rounded and healthy younger generation.
