Stakeholders meeting in the framework of CirculEc project sustainability

A meeting bringing together employers, faculty, and students was held at the Turkmen State Institute of Finance. The meeting focused on ensuring the long-term sustainability of the CirculEC project's results.

The Erasmus+ CirculEC project, implemented at TSIF, is entering its final stretch. The trilateral meeting was the key event of the final month, aimed at summing up the results and consolidating the academic achievements.

The main objective of the event was to discuss how the educational modules developed within the project will be developed at the institute after the end of grant support. Key stakeholders from the financial and banking sectors, as well as private businesses, participated in the discussion.

During panel discussions, TSIF faculty members who had completed internships at leading European partner universities (Italy, Spain, and Germany) presented the modernized curricula.

Invited experts and employers highly praised the quality of the prepared materials and noted their relevance to the national economy. Concrete steps for further collaboration were also outlined, including organizing internships and work placements for students at partner companies.

An equally important part of the meeting was the students' voices. The future economists and financiers shared their experiences mastering innovative modules and shared their ideas for research projects and eco-friendly startups.

The meeting resulted in a unanimous decision that the legacy of the CirculEC project at TSIF has a solid foundation. All developed courses have been formally incorporated into the institute's curricula and will continue to be taught regularly.
