The 10th issue of the electronic magazine «Arkadagly Ýaşlar», established under the Mahtumkuli Youth Organization of Turkmenistan in 2026, has been published. The new issue encompasses the key events of the year under the motto «Independent neutral Turkmenistan − the homeland of purposeful winged horses», the priorities of youth policy, as well as initiatives of national and international significance.

The new edition gives a special place to the adoption of the «State Program for the Implementation of State Youth Policy in Turkmenistan until 2031», initiated by the Head of State. Furthermore, it details the historical significance of the meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan and the opportunities for youth in education, science, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

The publication also features articles on international cooperation and the promotion of the country’s principles of neutrality. In particular, readers' attention is drawn to overviews of the Respected President's working visits to Azerbaijan and Armenia, as well as youth-related initiatives put forward at international forums.

In addition, the magazine's pages widely reflect such important topics as healthcare, labor rights, digital technologies, national heritage, family values, and creative endeavors. Enriched with literary works and author articles, the publication serves as an important information source in fostering the young generation as educated, patriotic individuals with a broad worldview.
