39The Banking Department consists of three Chairs. These are the Chairs of Banking, Social Sciences and Physical Education. The department prepares specialists and bachelors in the following areas: «Money turnover and credit», «Banking and finance», «Finance and credit», «Banking and money turnover».
Graduates of the department work in banking and financial institutions of our country, in enterprises of various forms of ownership, in international financial organizations. At the Chairs of this department, educational, methodological and research work is carried out.
Professorship and teaching staff and students of the department actively participate in international scientific conferences held in the country and in foreign countries, scientific and practical conferences held at the institute, academic competitions, scientific and creative competitions, publish articles in the mass-media and scientific publications. The department prepares textbooks and manuals and management of scientific work and projects of students is performed.
